1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gt99 website or mobile application, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and gt99.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the gt99 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on gt99, you must meet all of the following requirements:

gt99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable policy.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on gt99. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If you discover that you have registered more than one account, you must contact gt99 support immediately to consolidate or close the duplicate.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. gt99 uses OTP (one-time password) verification as an additional layer of account security. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. gt99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact gt99 support immediately so that appropriate action can be taken to secure your account.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on gt99 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). gt99 supports Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, as well as Philippine online banking and mobile banking transfers. Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit methods on this platform.

Deposit minimums and maximums may apply depending on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed during the deposit process. gt99 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits are typically credited to your gt99 account within a few minutes of the transfer being completed on your bank or e-wallet platform. If a deposit is not reflected within a reasonable timeframe, contact gt99 support with the transaction reference number for investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Before any withdrawal can be processed, players must complete the gt99 KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process.

KYC verification requires the submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted documents include the PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, GSIS card, and similar government-issued IDs. gt99 may request additional documentation at its discretion.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests. gt99 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. Players are encouraged to allow reasonable time before following up on a pending withdrawal.

gt99 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reason to believe that fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms has occurred.

General rules that apply to all gt99 bonuses and promotions include:

• One account per player, per household, per IP address for the purposes of bonus eligibility.

Game outcomes are determined by the game providers' certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by real-time events managed by the dealer. gt99 does not alter game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, gt99 will follow its standard dispute resolution procedure. Bets placed during a documented technical fault may be voided at gt99's discretion.

Players must not use any software, tool, or technique designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. • Has been identified as a duplicate account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, gt99 will notify the account holder and aim to resolve the matter as efficiently as possible. Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting gt99 support.

10. Limitation of Liability

gt99 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous and stable service, gt99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt99 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, indirect loss, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform — including losses resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

gt99 is not responsible for any third-party payment processing delays or errors that occur outside of the gt99 platform itself. Players are advised to retain transaction references from their bank or e-wallet provider when making deposits.

11. Privacy and Data
